The U4970A DDR5 Bundle provides software applications, probing and hardware options for DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, and DDR5 debug, compliance validation, and analysis. The U4970A bundle includes systemization of hardware (modules installed into chassis) and software loaded onto the M9537A controller.

The U4970A includes a 3-year KeysightCare extended warranty on U4164A, M9505A, and M9537A. All other hardware line items and accessories include a 1-year warranty. Included software application licenses are node locked perpetual licenses.

The Keysight 11970W waveguide mixer is a general-purpose harmonic mixer employing a dual-diode design to achieve flat frequency response and low conversion loss. The 11970W extends the frequency range of the Keysight N9030A PXA high-performance signal analyzer to the W-band (75 to 110 GHz). It is also fully compatible with other Keysight spectrum analyzers including: the E4440A/46A/48A PSA (with Option AYZ), the E4407B ESA-E (with Option AYZ), the 856xEC, the 8566B (with a preamplifier), and the 7000 modular analyzer (with the 70907A/B external mixer interface module).

An external diplexer is required to connect the 11970W with the N9030A PXA (with Option EXM). The recommended diplexer can be purchased from Keysight as model number N9029AE13 or from OML, Inc. as model number DPL.313B.

This board has two 3.175 mm holes, which allow the MUX card to be mounted on the probe plate(s) with two screws and two standoffs/spacers.
